About The Role

 We are the leading app marketing consulting agency from Berlin. We offer consulting and hands-on support around mobile CRM, ASO, deep linking, creative design, and performance marketing. Can you imagine a world without apps? Neither can we!

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work on getting new clients for our growing company. You will work directly with the CEO to help him on the sales side and will thus have a significant impact on the success of the company. Additionally, you will do basic background work such as researching companies, finding people, preparing offers, and packages, as well as actual calls & emails to prospects. Part of your job will be to develop a good understanding of the problems that the client is facing and then decide, whether we are the right fit (as a company) to solve these problems. Furthermore, you will have to run some basic profiling around the background of the company (funding, financials, …) to ensure they are also a fit from a commercial perspective.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Representative / Sales Manager, you bring our services to the attention of potential new customers, through direct contact, networks, or other sales channels.
  • You take the first step towards strategic partnerships with new customers! You create extensive campaigns and financial offers for companies and different potential customers, together with Sales Management.
  • You work directly on the development and implementation of our digital sales strategies.
  • You work together with our management, who trust you and give you a lot of freedom.
  • We listen to the needs of the customers, as well as our existing partnerships, which you care about, and will help bring to the next level.

 

Your Skills Are Needed

  • Your individual and task-related experience and skills matter more to us than any degree!
  • For your role, you need experience in sales and B2B - e.g. as a business development representative, sales manager, or sales development representative.
  • You have a distinct instinct for potential customers and can stand out through your pronounced communication skills.
  • You are very self-organized and have a good eye for market data and market potential.
  • In order to communicate confidently with potential customers, it is a must to be fluent in English.
