Directly reporting to the Regional Sales Director – Europe, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities in the territory
- Initiating new relationships with potential customers
- Maintaining, Developing and Growing business with existing customers
- Managing Annual Account Plans & Regional Budget
- Overseeing end-to-end sales process: budget planning, forecasting, reporting, new business analysis, etc.
- Keeping up to date with industry offerings and competition
- Maintaining competitive product and pricing knowledge
- Acting as a liaison between the factory and the customer
- Developing presentations and other sales-related material
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction remains at high level
- Managing travel and Advertising and Promotion budget
- Coordinating activities with assigned accounts
- Helping management to identify areas of sales channel improvement
- Promoting corporate values
This position is available either in Spain, Madrid or in Italy, Modena
Qualifications & Skills:
- Business School or Engineering University education
- 3 years of sales experience in the power generation industry or similar
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, dedicated, hardworking, and can work on own initiative while also working to deliver independently on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of CRM, and Power BI is a must
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing varied perspectives.
- Fluent in English – A second language (Italian or Spanish) will be appreciated
