Location: Warszawa/ Kraków
What will you be doing?
- Prospect for new customers with a "hunter" mentality via Internet, phone, referrals, and networking
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding key decision makers and determining the appropriate approach for each potential customer
- Partner with the internal team to create a solution based on customer needs
- Participate in face-to-face meetings to present proposals, offer solutions, and close business
- Collaborate with the internal account management team through customer implementation
- Design and pursue a personal development plan in collaboration with management
What are we looking for?
- 2-4 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably within the logistics
- A perfect understanding of the English language is a must
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
- Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach
- Strong presentation skills
