About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the development of next-generation mobile applications in the loyalty and rewards industry. This role involves leading a team, optimizing development processes, and ensuring high-quality mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the mobile development team, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
- Define and manage development roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, QA, and Product Managers to create scalable solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Optimize app performance, security, and scalability for a seamless user experience.
Technical Skills Required:
✅ Mobile Development Expertise
- Experience with Native (iOS - Swift/Objective-C, Android - Kotlin/Java), React Native, and Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
✅ System Architecture & Optimization
- Experience in modular, scalable application design.
- Knowledge of caching, offline storage (Room, CoreData, SQLite, Firebase Firestore).
✅ Security & Compliance
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL Pinning, biometric authentication.
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA compliance.
✅ DevOps & CI/CD
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, CodeMagic.
- Automating app builds, testing, and deployments.
✅ Testing & Monitoring
- Experience with unit testing (JUnit, XCTest, Jest), UI automation (Espresso, XCUITest, Detox, Appium).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, and New Relic.
