Head of Infrastructure

As we grow, we are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to lead our infrastructure team and shape a robust, scalable, and secure banking environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, overseeing tasks and priorities.
- Hire, onboard, and assess engineers, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Manage infrastructure operations, deploy new services, and set up monitoring.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enhance security measures.
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of experience leading DevOps/NetOps/SRE teams.
- Strong background in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Expertise in scalable, high-load, fault-tolerant system architecture.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and dynamic routing protocols.
- Experience with virtualization and setting up private cloud environments.
- Technologies: Linux (Debian), Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio/Traefik, Consul, GitLab, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, ClickHouse, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, GraalVM, and more.
