We are a fast-growing high-tech company delivering cutting-edge B2B financial solutions in the fintech domain. We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Development Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of React.js developers and QA professionals (8–10 people) and drive the delivery of a complex, data-rich web application leveraging AI technologies and advanced frontend architecture.
In this role, you will:
Manage and grow a high-performing cross-functional team
Own frontend architecture, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and code quality
Provide hands-on leadership in React.js, TypeScript, ES6+, Redux, Webpack, Git
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and sprint execution
Collaborate closely with backend, product, UX, and DevOps teams
Mentor team members, champion a culture of ownership, and drive innovation
Report directly to the VP of R&D, contributing to product and technical strategy
What We Expect:
6+ years of leadership experience managing frontend and QA engineers (teams of 8+ people)
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
Proven success managing distributed teams and Agile delivery processes
Experience as a Scrum Master, ensuring high team velocity and delivery efficiency
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech or regulated, data-intensive industries
Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility, and frontend security best practices
Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch, and modern web infrastructure
