Within the Sales and Distribution Department, our "Travel Industry Marketing" team is in charge of communicating, promoting and selling our destination to our partners and professional resellers, at the European and international level, representing 15 markets, including 7 different languages.
Your future missions?
Within the Travel Industry Marketing team, as a Marketing Coordinator, you will lead marketing projects aimed at communicating, training and rewarding package and hotel ticket resellers at the European and international levels.
Your main missions are to:
- Develop the business by launching and coordinating trade marketing campaigns
- Propose and implement a pan-European reward program for business partners focused on business performance.
- Improve knowledge of EMEA sales activity and partners
- Analyze market KPIs and make recommendations for business improvement
- Evolve B2B platforms by understanding and challenging current usage (both locally and centrally) and recommend an action plan aligned with the "best in class" objective.
- Develop e-newsletters and communication campaigns for EMEA markets and OTAs: from creation (templates/content) of email campaigns to approval, sending, KPI analysis, and recommendations.
- Ensure qualitative post-analysis, including relevant KPIs for all key projects.
- Ensure B2B integration in central projects, and participate in meetings with EMEA markets and different departments (marketing, communication, press, social media, CRM, media, etc.)
- Maintain good partner relationships with countries
- Organize regular meetings with markets, ensuring good communication of central information and sharing best practices of local activations.
- Benchmark best practices in all areas: training, digital tools, CRM, and engagement programs, ...
- Manage, coach, and develop an apprentice to prepare them for career growth.

Your assets to succeed?
Ideally with a Master's degree in Marketing/Communication, you have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communication, coordination and organization of international marketing campaigns and events.
Previous experience in a Trade/B2B/commercial environment would be appreciated.
You are fluent in French (C2 level) and English (C1 level, which is used daily for about 90% of your activity due to daily contacts with European sales offices)
You are at ease with office and computer tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint
