We are looking for a trustworthy and proactive Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software engineering and a strong background in leading technical teams. This role requires managing and building diverse teams of data engineers, software developers, data scientists, and QA testers, while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering innovation in the fast-paced crypto and Web3 industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee the product roadmap and engineering strategy.
- Manage multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Research, design, and develop new products and features.
- Plan, allocate, and oversee project budgets.
- Implement best practices for agile development and team collaboration.
- Drive technical excellence, including code quality, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Identify skill gaps and provide mentorship and training to engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in software engineering and team leadership.
- Expertise in Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, Python.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with Sonarqube (or similar code review tools) and feature management (LaunchDarkly, Split, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk.
- Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Technical Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- Must come highly recommended with a track record of successful project execution.
