Vacancy in Poland: Team Lead Salary PLN27000/Month

Position: Team Lead.

Salary: up to 27000 PLN brutto/ month.

Location: Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

People management;
Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management);
Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline, and quality);
Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives;
Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes;
Ability to quickly respond to any changes;
Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector;
Understanding of Agile Methodologies;
Good educational background, preferably in the fields of QA or engineering;
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
English: Upper-intermediate or higher;
Good interpersonal relationship skills.
