Position: Team Lead.
Salary: up to 27000 PLN brutto/ month.
Location: Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
- People management;
- Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management);
- Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline, and quality);
- Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives;
- Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes;
- Ability to quickly respond to any changes;
- Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector;
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies;
- Good educational background, preferably in the fields of QA or engineering;
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher;
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
