About the Role
We are looking for a CRM System Administrator to join a team supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for production clients (Tier 3). This is a remote role with an on-call rotation every second week.
You will be responsible for maintaining CRM environments, managing integrations with other products and third-party vendors, and resolving production issues. The role combines support activities, infrastructure tasks, and ongoing improvements.
Your Responsibilities
Deploying and upgrading CRM solutions on top of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Maintaining and monitoring Windows Servers, Microsoft SQL Servers, and in-house products.
Investigating and troubleshooting production issues (approximately 50–100 client environments).
Creating and executing SQL queries to identify and resolve incidents.
Working closely with Development, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Configuring and adjusting CRM parameters based on client requirements and support tickets.
Participating in an on-call rotation to provide support after hours (approx. one incident per month).
Team Structure
You will report to a Team Leader based in Israel.
The CRM team currently consists of 2 specialists plus this role.
You will collaborate with Customer Support and Development teams.
What We’re Looking For
Microsoft Windows Server administration.
Microsoft SQL Server administration.
Confident use of SQL for queries and investigation.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration.
Powershell scripting.
English: Intermediate or above.
