Where You’ll Work

With over 800 employees—more than 400 of them highly skilled engineers—our in-house AI teams are building one of the world’s largest GPU clouds, running tens of thousands of GPUs.
The AI Studio team develops an inference platform that makes deploying any foundation model—text, vision, audio, and emerging multimodal architectures—fast, reliable, and effortless at scale. As demand grows rapidly, we’re seeking engineers ready to push the limits of latency, routing, and throughput in large-scale AI systems.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement services that power inference workloads for internal and external customers.
Integrate and scale model back-ends while creating sophisticated request-routing logic for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
Strengthen observability pipelines to ensure the platform remains robust as it scales.
Tackle diverse engineering challenges—from performance tuning and memory management to multi-tenant scheduling.
Optimize at the kernel level when needed (CUDA, Triton, and similar tools).
What We’re Looking For
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
Solid experience with asynchronous programming and distributed architectures.
Skilled in API design, load balancing, caching, and queuing.
Familiarity with inference frameworks and back-ends (e.g., vLLM, sglang, ComfyUI).
Knowledge of orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Ray, or FastAPI.
Passion for clean, test-driven code and modern CI/CD workflows.
A collaborative mindset and openness to mentoring and cross-functional teamwork.
