Vacancy in Poland: Customer Support Representative Salary

An international B2C platform with millions of active users worldwide is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its growing global team. This role is focused on ensuring smooth communication with mid-tier viewers and broadcasters, resolving issues, and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for viewers and broadcasters.

  • Qualify and acknowledge user-reported issues and resolve them via text communication channels (no voice calls).

  • Handle around 15 tickets per hour with a first response time under 5 minutes.

  • Document user issues in task-tracking tools.

  • Gather feedback and propose improvements to the user experience.

  • Meet personal KPIs and support teammates in achieving theirs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service.

  • Excellent English (C1+), professional tone in written communication.

  • Fluency in Russian.

  • Strong empathy and willingness to help users.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain solutions effectively.

  • A responsible and collaborative team player.

  • Ability to multitask and consistently deliver results.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Spanish).

  • Experience with helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).

  • Experience with task tracking tools (Jira, YouTrack, Confluence).

  • Previous experience as a live streaming broadcaster.
