An international B2C platform with millions of active users worldwide is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its growing global team. This role is focused on ensuring smooth communication with mid-tier viewers and broadcasters, resolving issues, and enhancing user experience.
Act as a point of contact for viewers and broadcasters.
Qualify and acknowledge user-reported issues and resolve them via text communication channels (no voice calls).
Handle around 15 tickets per hour with a first response time under 5 minutes.
Document user issues in task-tracking tools.
Gather feedback and propose improvements to the user experience.
Meet personal KPIs and support teammates in achieving theirs.
1+ years of experience in customer service.
Excellent English (C1+), professional tone in written communication.
Fluency in Russian.
Strong empathy and willingness to help users.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain solutions effectively.
A responsible and collaborative team player.
Ability to multitask and consistently deliver results.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Spanish).
Experience with helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
Experience with task tracking tools (Jira, YouTrack, Confluence).
Previous experience as a live streaming broadcaster.
