Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional targets and business goals across Asian markets.
Identify and seize new business opportunities with a focus on market expansion and customer acquisition.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Conduct in-depth market research to monitor trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring excellent customer service.
Process both inbound and outbound sales funnels.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and project management to align efforts and deliver results.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events to drive sales and boost brand visibility.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical standards.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
Chinese: native or bilingual; English: full professional proficiency.
Proven experience managing sales across multiple Asian countries.
