Job Title: Account Manager - Digital PR
Role Type: Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 37 ½ Hours per Week
Location: Remote Working
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 PA (Depending on experience)
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency who have become the market leader in the content publishing world, growing to over 150 people in 3 years. We are disrupting the content publishing industry by providing unparalleled efficiency and quality of service. Each month we deliver 3-4 million words of content and build hundreds of links. We expect to double the business again in the next 18 months.
Role Accountabilities:
- Be the point of contact for all Digital PR customers, enabling them to get the most use out of our core services, providing support and continued guidance for the customer.
- Act on behalf of the customer's interests, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Provide management of the customer's service reviews and weekly updates.
- Present weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the customer where appropriate
- Prepare and present reports to the customer
- Understand each customer's budget & future plans to ensure that NWB’s delivery roadmap is aligned with customers' requirements
- Up/Cross-Selling additional services to the customer from our core product offering
- Ensuring customer renewals of subscription packages
KPIs - Actual Targets:
- Revenue per quarter from existing customers
- The renewal rate of campaigns
- Upsell/Cross-sell % from existing DPR customers
- DPR Customers NPS Score
