5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in iGaming or related industries.
Proven expertise in strategic planning, target setting, and KPI management.
Strong analytical skills, financial literacy, and budget management experience.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, sales process automation, and data-driven strategies.
Understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
