You will work closely with the EMEA Commercial Director and receive dedicated support from experienced Technical and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in selling IT security solutions and services, which could have been gained at System Integrators, Channel Resellers, or Consultancy Companies. Knowledge of B2B business sales models is crucial, and a desire for professional growth is highly valued. Responsibilities: Developing trust relationships with the assigned customer portfolio. Prospecting and directly engaging customers to develop sales opportunities. Developing and managing customer business opportunities in the designated geographical area (Poland and Czech Republic territories) to increase company's market share. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Directly participating in the closing and negotiation processes in collaboration with the local partners. Expanding relationships with existing customers. Providing regular reports on progress and forecasts to stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics. Requirements: Experience in direct customer sales. 5+ years of sales experience within the security solutions industry. Strong network relations with SME customers (>300 End Points) and approximately 50 active customers. Previous experience with System Integrators, Channel Resellers, Consultancy Companies, or Security Vendors. Goal-oriented with a structured work approach, drive, and a passion for sales. Ability to plan short-term, medium-term, and long-term activities in order to consistently achieve objectives. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience with value-based selling approaches and communication at the C-level and with top management. Strong searching skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel within the territory and abroad. Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Language skills: Fluent in Polish (native speaker) Strong verbal and written communication skills in the Czech language. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
