Responsibilities:
Manage a group of projects related to Salesforce and related product implementations;
Be responsible for successful project delivery;
Provide leadership for the project team;
Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones;
Report on project results, deliverables, and metrics;
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project;
Identify appropriate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes;
Monitor staff performance;
Evaluate and mitigate project risks and issues;
Assist in presales and negotiation activities;
Manage project budget;
You should have the following skills and experience:
4+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects;
Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall;
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills;
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills;
Experience in successfully leading projects to on-time, on-schedule, and within-budget close;
Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project team sizes;
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
English, German - B2
Previous experience in CRM implementation projects is a plus.
