Role scope:
- Analyzing and continuously improving performance.
- Finding effective bundles with the team.
- Testing different buying approaches.
- Clearly setting terms of reference for the IT department and designers.
- Analyzing competitors and preparing performance reports.
English Intermediate or above required.
Hard skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the Financial, Forex, CFD, Insurance, or Crypto niche.
- Experience in driving traffic from Taboola, Outbrain, Bing, Facebook, or Google.
- Familiarity with different models of CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM, CPI.
- Ability to work with large budgets, including those over $100,000.
- Experience with different geos (Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3).
- Ability to create links and funnels independently.
- Understanding of key performance indicators (CPM, CR, ROI).
- Proficiency in optimization tools and improving traffic procurement processes.
- Ability to work and control consumables, collaborate with designers and technicians.
