Develop and maintain SPAs using ReactJS for the web version (mobile-first) and internal admin panels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with both product and technical needs
Integrate with backend APIs (REST, WebSocket)
Improve and optimize existing solutions, and participate in architectural discussions around performance and scalability
Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices
Share knowledge and mentor teammates
Experience with graphic engines (PixiJS, Godot, Babylon) – big plus
Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and module federation
Awareness of browser limitations and quirks
Hands-on experience with streaming technologies (HLS, WebRTC)
5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Deep understanding of React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API)
Solid experience with state management (preferably Redux Toolkit)
Strong skills in responsive UI using SCSS/SASS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components
Experience in optimizing React performance (lazy loading, memoization, virtualization)
Familiarity with build tools (Webpack/Vite) and modern development practices (CI/CD, ESLint)
English at an intermediate level or above
