Vacancy in Poland: Frontend Developer Salary

We’re a fast-growing digital company offering next-gen loyalty solutions to global clients. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer passionate about building user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance applications using modern frameworks like React, React Native, or Flutter.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, modular, and optimized frontend code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in agile sprints.

• Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Work closely with leads to identify technical risks and suggest improvements.

• Ensure excellent UI/UX across web and mobile platforms.

• Implement observability, performance monitoring, and secure coding practices.

Tech Stack & Skills:

• Strong experience in React, React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks.

• Knowledge of State Management (Redux, Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).

• Experience with UI libraries, navigation systems, and custom components.

• Familiarity with performance tuning, caching, and offline storage (IndexedDB, SQLite, Firestore).

• Understanding of secure front-end development, including OAuth, JWT, and SSL Pinning.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of frontend/mobile development experience.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI/UX principles.

• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release pipelines.

• Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry, Firebase, or New Relic.

• Git proficiency and understanding of agile development lifecycles.
