Our architectural office is a small team of architects that has been working on residential and commercial projects with the demand for holistic planning and construction since it was founded in 2000. It is our concern to develop a coherent idea for each construction project and to implement this in cooperative teamwork with other specialists on site until completion. We want to make a difference and design spaces optimally.
In our team, everyone works responsibly and is closely involved in decision-making processes. That is why reliability, communication, experience and the willingness to take on responsibility are essential prerequisites for our success.
The tasks:
- Independent processing of implementation planning, currently for a new hotel building (service phase 5),
- Independent processing of approval plans for housing projects (service phases 3 and 4),
- Concept-oriented implementation of drafts with the BIM method in the project team,
- Project management coordination of construction projects with those involved in planning and construction
The expectations
- a degree in architecture or civil engineering,
- several years of professional experience in implementation and detailed planning,
- in-depth knowledge of BIM methodology and the creation of complex 3D building models with REVIT,
- Pronounced knowledge of technical standards and building regulations,
excellent communication skills in German (business fluent) towards clients, authorities and in the team,
- The initiative, independent, goal-oriented and quality-conscious way of working
