You will join the Studies Department, a team specializing in the design of tertiary, residential or logistics building layouts.
In this organization, you are in charge of the spatial programming and architectural design of projects.
You are mainly involved in the design phases of the project (Collection of needs, Feasibility, Pre-project, DCE) and also in pre-sales.
In the Pre-sales and Project phase, your main missions are:
- Analyze existing buildings, surfaces and their efficiency, including regulatory and capacity aspects.
- Conduct interviews / Programming workshops & Gathering of needs.
- Propose optimizations and new ways of working. Desires of proximity, taking into account the constraints and expectations of the user.
- Establish a target program, detailing in terms of square meters and recommendations the future needs and operations in order to determine/consolidate the adequacy of the buildings/platforms selected.
- Establish customer specifications, resulting from the design (or co-design) workshops led by you.
- Carry out development on all phases (Macro and Micro-Zoning Phases & space planning).
- Define the architectural common thread and production of graphic pieces (plans, sections, details and 3D perspectives) of the APS / APD / PRO-DCE phases
PROFILE
- Trained as an Interior Architect, you have a perfect command of the technical aspects of buildings, the regulations for use in terms of development (Labour Code, IGH, ERP, Disabled Accessibility), Excel, and Autocad and have 3 to 5 years of experience. years in tertiary spaces, with solid knowledge in programming.
- You have good communication skills and are able to lead design workshops.
- You appreciate teamwork.
- You are proactive, and have a sense of listening and service.
- You have a good knowledge of Revit.
