Currently, we are looking for a business analyst to work on a customizable workflow system for claims handling between various parties: insurers, assessors, body shops, and fleet/leasing companies. It automates the claims handling steps using rules set according to the user's business process: who acts on the claim, what action should be taken, and where the claim should be sent.
*Technologies: Java 8 + React.js
*Team: (5-6 Dev + 1-2 QA) + customer (Spanish)
Responsibilities:
- Identification of client needs both system and business requirements (it is necessary to offer solutions to their problems);
- Discuss requirements with stakeholders;
- Ability to document and track client requirements in a fast and structured manner;
- Writing User Story, Tasks, Bugs;
- Writing documentation (use-cases, diagrams in confluence);
- Tight cooperation with the software development team (presentation of "to be done and why");
- Coordinating and prioritizing tasks for software developers;
- Conducting meetings (grooming/refinement meeting, daily Scrum, planning poker);
- Understanding Scrum and Kanban processes.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as an analyst in the development of business-critical information systems;
- Readiness for intensive and cooperative teamwork;
- Good communication skills;
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum (good knowledge) development processes;
- Good written and spoken English (B2 or higher) and Russian (B2+)
