Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyzing project requirements from various sources, conducting interviews with clients and stakeholders.
Formulating high-level requirements for the software product and obtaining approval from clients.
Developing documentation for business analysis, including technical specifications, project scope and boundaries, and descriptions of technical implementation.
Designing the user interface, format, and method of interaction between the user and the software.
Preparing presentations for clients.
Gathering information, describing and modeling business processes.
Analyzing problem areas and proposing improvements.
Participating in acceptance testing of software products.
Participating in the development of user instructions.
Training key users.
We expect from you:
Higher education (preferably in IT).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
Minimum 2 years of experience with CRM (Creatio).
Understanding of software development processes in areas such as websites, databases, mobile applications, and 1C systems.
UML diagrams and BPMN notation.
SQL, ability to build simple queries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio.
Experience in writing specifications and developing user interface mockups.
Reading proficiency in technical English documentation.
Skills:
Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in negotiations and ability to reach agreements.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Experience in writing specifications and developing user interface mockups.
Experience with any prototyping software.
