A global iGaming product company is looking for an Integration Team Lead to drive integration strategy and manage a high-performing team. With over 20 years in the industry, we serve 48+ million users and deliver complex B2B gaming solutions across the globe.
Define and implement integration strategies with external platforms, APIs, and partners;
Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists (L2/L3 support, analysts);
Ensure the stability, quality, and fault tolerance of all integrations;
Coordinate with partners and clients on technical requirements, including pre-sales support;
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams for smooth delivery;
Maintain and update integration documentation and technical standards;
Analyze API trends and propose relevant technology adoption;
Handle escalated (L3-level) incidents and troubleshoot critical issues.
3–5 years of experience in systems integration, APIs, payment systems, e-commerce, or SaaS;
Proven experience managing a team of 5+ members;
Solid knowledge of REST API, Webhooks, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, and JWT;
Experience with payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard APIs) is a strong plus;
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and API gateway principles;
Proficiency in using monitoring and log tools (ELK, Kibana, Grafana);
Effective collaboration with development, operations, and business teams;
English level B2 or higher (written/spoken) – must be confident in client/partner communication.
