Your Responsibilities:

- Drive best practices, including DORA metrics, to enhance team performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Actively contribute to development, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Ensure high code quality standards and consistent coding styles across the team.
- Lead system design efforts for new features and platform improvements.
- Conduct thorough peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
- Strong hands-on expertise with React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- System design skills to architect scalable and efficient solutions.
- Experience in maintaining coding standards and enforcing best practices.
- Strong peer review and mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and experience in high-performing teams.
- Active GitHub contributions showcasing open-source or personal projects.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior developers.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
