About the Role
You will join the AI R&D team, which focuses on applied research and developing AI-powered products. Some of our recently published work includes:
Investigating how test-time guided search can create more capable agents.
Scaling task data collection to accelerate reinforcement learning for software engineering agents.
Improving the efficiency of large language model training on agentic trajectories.
One of the flagship AI products you’ll help advance is an inference and fine-tuning platform for AI models.
This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems to build a large-scale platform for LLM training.
Your Responsibilities
Design and develop the LLM training platform.
Maintain machine learning infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
Enhance job scheduling strategies to reduce resource fragmentation.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong software engineering skills (we mainly use Python).
Proficiency in modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, version control, and unit testing.
Experience developing web services.
A rigorous, detail-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with language models or NLP technologies.
A proven track record of building and shipping products in dynamic, startup-like environments.
Experience designing large distributed systems or high-load web services.
Open-source contributions that demonstrate your engineering expertise.
