We are looking for a dedicated Remote IT Support Technician to provide Level 1 IT support services for an international project. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, offering essential IT support to clients in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the ticketing system to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Software installation and configuration.
- Providing help desk support to users.
- Password and account management.
- Performing basic IT maintenance tasks.
- Managing and tracking IT inventory.
Position Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (8 effective working hours).
- Flexibility: Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on client needs.
- Location: Remote, based in Poland.
