About Us
We are an American fintech startup developing a cutting-edge fundraising platform for nonprofit organizations. Our platform empowers charitable foundations to raise funds for diverse initiatives, including healthcare research (disease studies, vaccine development, cancer treatment), child protection programs, anti-human trafficking efforts, and access to clean water.
Operating in the enterprise segment of the nonprofit sector, our clients include large global organizations such as UNICEF. Each month, our platform processes tens of millions of dollars in donations, from which we earn a percentage.
Our tech stack includes Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB on the backend, while the frontend relies on Webpack and React. The majority of our codebase is written in TypeScript. We store extensive statistical data in Clickhouse and use Elasticsearch for search functionality.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer (React/Vue) with 7+ years of experience to join our growing team.
Strong expertise in React or Vue.
Deep understanding of vanilla JavaScript, including event-loop, prototypes, and closures.
Strong performance optimization skills, and experience with debugging and performance tuning tools.
Good knowledge of Webpack and ability to fine-tune its configuration.
Writing high-quality, maintainable code.
Developing and maintaining unit tests.
Supporting, fixing, and scaling existing functionality.
Participating in system architecture and design discussions.
Conducting code reviews.
Collaborating with colleagues: clarifying tasks, discussing features, and sharing ideas.
