Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Service Portal and front-end enhancements.
- Implement complex solutions using ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and GlideRecord scripting.
- Design and develop components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Workflows, and Flow Designer processes.
- Ensure high-quality solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and responsive design principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions aligned with ITSM and other Out-of-the-Box (OOB) modules.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a specialization in Service Portal and front-end customization.
- Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP) and GlideRecord scripting.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, and more.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and other OOB modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
