Production Technician PPR - Full Time - Leeds, United Kingdom
Join our team within the Services division in the United Kingdom as a Production Technician PPR to help us ensure all assigned operations are completed on time, following policy and procedure and taking our standards to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Ensuring your workspace is kept, clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Consistently work to support the reduction of waste both in time and materials
- Use tools and other equipment appropriately and take responsibility for your assigned equipment daily, including maintenance.
- Ensure valid risk assessments have been completed and assist in the completion of risk assessments when required
- Keep paperwork up to date to ensure accurate manufacturing records
- Participate in shop audits and be an active member of the team to support colleagues when called upon
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ideally, you will be an apprentice trained in engineering
- You will have gained relevant experience in the field of engineering, and we are looking for a minimum of 3 years.
- You will have great knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Fanuc Experience Is Essential
- You will be someone who can work both independently and as part of a larger team
- You will pay close attention to detail and know all work has a targeted completion date, therefore time management skills are vital
- A great communicator you will complement our manufacturing team
