We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to strengthen our marketing team. You should be comfortable with numbers and inspired by finding new approaches to optimize ad campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency. You will work closely with analysts and the creative team to make informed decisions and achieve high results, participate in department planning, and optimize existing processes. What tasks you will need to solve:
- Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve ROAS KPI targets.
- Develop and test hypotheses to identify growth points in the efficiency of advertising campaigns.
- Conduct creative testing and provide feedback to the creative producer.
- Build effective interactions with the current portfolio of partners and seek new ones.
- Participate in the development of the marketing plan and OKRs.
- Ensure and monitor the correct technical integration of partners, tracking systems, SAN platforms, etc.
What is important to us:
- At least 3 years of experience in traffic acquisition in Performance Marketing (on GameDev projects).
- Experience working with SDK Networks and DSPs (Applovin, Moloco, Ironsource, Unity, Vungle, Liftoff, etc.).
- Experience managing budgets of $200,000 or more.
- Experience working with large data sets and the ability to make decisions based on them.
- Skills in working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel (at the level of pivot tables).
- English at an Intermediate level or higher (experience in negotiations).
- Experience in setting tasks for the creative team and providing feedback.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
- Experience managing a UAM team of 2 or more people.
