Role Summary:
- Act as one of the key local marketing contacts.
- Responsible for implementation and execution of marketing initiatives based on the agreed marketing strategy/plan for Poland and Baltics in order to support business growth and brand positioning building.
- Contributes to marketing strategy development process, which is led by CEE Marketing Manager.
- Upon request, supports the wider CEE Marketing team in regional efforts.

- Tertiary Qualification in marketing and/or communications or content development.
- Online marketing knowledge is a plus.
- 2-4 yrs of experience in a previous Marketing-related position
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical and evaluative skills
- Understanding of basic marketing principles
- Developed project management skills to deliver on time
Key tasks will include:
Building Brand and driving Sustainability message in Poland and Baltics
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed to build brand awareness and leadership positions: PR, external media, social media, and membership events. Report results.
- Ensure marketing communication is in line with brand guidelines and regional strategy.
Supporting Business Growth
- Develop/ adapt, deliver and report results for local and regional lead generation and asset productivity campaigns, which may include cooperation with external suppliers, regional teams, commercial teams, CGM.
- Update/ add new content on the local sites and social media.
- Develop/ adapt sales enablement materials, if needed- in cooperation with the local business team and/ or regional marketing (e.g. case studies, leaflets etc.)
Contributing to creating outstanding Customer Experience
- Work with the Customer Service team on Customer Loyalty & Retention initiatives by developing and then implementing corresponding marketing initiatives.
Budget monitoring
- Administrate, monitor and report marketing budget spending on an ongoing basis, incl. cost estimation, PO issue and processing, and communication with external suppliers' agencies.
Analyzing insights and results
- Upon request- gather, share and analyze local market insights, and marketing initiative results with Marketing Manager support.
