Architect Position Overview
- Working on a range of projects with a commercial flair
- Using Revit and Microstation on a daily basis
- Possibility of running projects and working RIBA 0-7 for more experienced candidates
- Producing planning and construction drawing packages - drawings, schedules and specifications
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control regularly
Architect Position Requirements
- 3+ years' experience post qualification
- Experienced on projects within a range of sectors but ideally, Residential, hotels and multi-unit
- Experience across RIBA stages 0-7
- Ideally Proficient with Revit and Microstation
- Experience on large-scale and high-rise projects would be advantageous
Architect Position Remuneration
- Competitive Salary (£30,000 - £45,0000)
- 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
