Vacancy in Germany: Head of electric power engineering department Salary EUR7300 - EUR12500/Month

TASKS:

Leading a team of Design Engineers who provide solutions in the power sector
Responsibility for the comprehensive implementation of projects
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and looking for innovative solutions that meet customer requirements
Providing appropriate and necessary resources so that teams can efficiently implement the project and meet customer requirements
Creating and implementing plans, including minimizing potential problems and risks
Cooperating with the Supply Chain Department to ensure quality and timely deliveries of non-toothed services and equipment for the project
Initiating and implementing optimization and improvement activities
Preparing financial plans and budget estimates

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher technical education (preferably directions related to electricity / power engineering)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the design of primary circuits and implementation of high voltage substation projects
Ability to manage a team and motivate the team to achieve goals
Possession of electrical qualifications for unlimited design (or construction)
SEP powers
Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Decision making and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of the English language
