Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and provide early feedback on quality aspects.
Participate in Product and Architectural Design Reviews, creating corresponding test plans.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated tests based on product specifications.
Lead and execute end-to-end QA activities — from test design to execution and defect management.
Ensure maximum test coverage to meet quality gates before release.
Manage and support release processes in coordination with development teams.
Mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
4+ years of experience in QA.
1+ years of experience in test automation using JavaScript / TypeScript.
Strong understanding of SDLC and QA’s role within each stage.
Deep knowledge of test design techniques and test coverage analysis.
Understanding of Client-Server architecture and QA best practices.
Experience with QA tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of Git and common Git workflows.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, responsible, and self-driven mindset.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
