About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Developer to lead the development of scalable game backends and innovative tools for game management. In this role, you will guide a team of developers in building robust, high-performance systems while promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance game backends.
Create and enhance administrative tools and systems for game monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to ensure system stability and uptime.
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.
Debug and resolve complex technical challenges.
Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
7+ years of .NET development experience.
Expert knowledge of Web API ASP.NET Core and .NET 7+.
Proven experience with Monolithic and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
Deep understanding of AWS and its services.
Experience designing and implementing high-load, scalable backend systems.
Proficiency with NoSQL databases and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Kafka and WebSockets.
Strong SQL and Entity Framework skills.
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the gaming industry or developing gaming-related platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of other cloud platforms or cross-cloud integrations.
