We are now looking for a UA Manager to join a top-performing product. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, decision-making, and directly influencing the growth of a global mobile product.
Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (social, video, incentivized, etc.).
Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
Develop strategies, test hypotheses, and make independent decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, analytics, product) to create and test ad creatives.
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
2+ years of experience in user acquisition in the mobile industry (gaming/entertainment preferred).
Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA, etc.).
Strong understanding of UA metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and product pages.
Analytical mindset, proactivity, adaptability, and ownership attitude.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Awareness of trends in ad tech and mobile growth.
Languages: English – B2 or higher, Russian – working proficiency.
