Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Marbella, Spain

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the implementation of a centralized software system to manage product sales across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe (predominately Spain). As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project while managing the company's financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire implementation process of a centralized software system to manage and track product sales across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, and Operations, to ensure the successful execution of the project.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial matters.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.



· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success.

· Experience in project management and software implementation.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

· Knowledge of Canadian, UK, and European financial regulations and reporting requirements is an asset.
