ROLE:
Act as a major contact point for external accounting partners
Support daily records to report activities involving: Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Inventory, Payroll, Journal entries
Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
Perform month-end close process for a group of companies
Setup, maintain and improve company financial systems
Automate financial processes
Prepare reports, conduct checks, and initial analysis for correctness.
Prepare weekly operational reports
Prepare input for monthly management accounts and investor reporting
Prepare forecasts
Participate in investment decisions analysis, pricing, and cost control activities
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field (being an ACCA/CIMA member/student will be an advantage).
2-3 years of experience in Finance, ideally with international exposure.
Awareness of Finance and Accounting principles, including basic tax and accounting regulations in Poland. Knowledge of IFRS standards will be an advantage
Ability to work on financial/accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and basic experience in data analysis.
Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.
Ability to manage time effectively, and plan across multiple initiatives.
Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
