An international live-streaming and social entertainment platform with hundreds of millions of users worldwide is looking for an AI/NLP Engineer. You’ll join a dynamic product team working on AI-driven features that enhance user experience and engagement in a high-traffic consumer environment.
Responsibilities
Integrate, maintain, and improve LLM-based NLP pipelines.
Experiment with open-source and proprietary LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).
Prototype and evaluate state-of-the-art NLP methods (transformers, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, model compression).
Adapt research insights into practical product features.
Apply MLOps practices: deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of models in production.
Work closely with researchers, product managers, and engineers on scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of machine learning and applied NLP methods.
Solid coding skills in Python with PyTorch, HuggingFace or similar.
Hands-on experience with transformers and LLMs.
Familiarity with NLP tasks: tokenization, classification, embeddings, summarization, QA.
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning.
Good English (B2+).
Nice to have
Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related.
Knowledge of classical NLP approaches and their modern replacements.
Experience with vector databases, semantic search.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Knowledge of distributed training and model optimization techniques (LoRA, quantization, distillation).
Participation in ML competitions or hackathons.
