We were looking for candidates for open positions in two locations. We didn’t limit ourselves to conducting interviews and screening the professionals. Instead, we were responsible for the full recruitment cycle: from the initial contact to onboarding. Our representatives accompanied the hired specialists during their probation periods. We maintained the internal HR CRM system for the client as well as reported and analyzed all the KPIs that were relevant to recruiting. At the request of the client’s executives, we analyzed salaries in various regions of the EU and outside the EU.
