As an Engineer - Mechanical Component you will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components.
As an Engineer - Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using engineering principles
- Adhering projects to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements (including mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products)
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Working together with business leadership (specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done)
- Delivering products as part of a team and working on cross-functional teams
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/Technology
- Have significant experience as an engineer in a similar area of competency (Mechanical Component)
- Have good communication skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Be fluent in English
