We are looking for an established Digital Content Editor to join our growing team of copywriters and editors. Reporting to the Head of Copy, you will plan, coordinate and upload marketing-leading financial content across 10+ global websites and sub-brands. In return, we offer competitive remuneration and flexible working arrangements with an option to work from our Krakow office one day per week.
What you will do:
- Plan site structure and navigation with our web, design and SEO teams
- Manage our translation and transcreation agency on a daily basis
- Add new content to our in-house CMS system and work with our designers to ensure page layouts are on-brand and user-friendly
- Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax
- Plan and implement A/B tests and multivariate testing
- Manage complex web projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Develop key sections and content library structure
- Train content editors in good web practice, and CMS use (Wagtail and Wordpress)
- Manage our translations agency and publish daily content across our global sites
About you:
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Highly organized; The ability to manage your own workload and competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrable knowledge and a fine understanding of website management (site structures, mapping etc)
- Excellent understanding of good web writing practice. Basic HTML knowledge (desirable)
- Experience with image editing using Adobe Photoshop or a similar platform (Windows OS)
- Knowledge of user experience principles and SEO techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to project manager and lead the content team when needed
- An eye for detail with a collaborative and flexible approach
