We engineer, manufacture and market laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, sheet vinyl, engineered parquet, carpet tiles, broadloom carpet, raw and decorative panels, industrial floors, wall and roof systems and insulation boards.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engineer who is ready and wants to take the next step in his/her career. You are ready to go from a more operational role into a managerial role where you inspire and lead a production team.

Together with your team, you manage the different lines and processes to achieve the desired safety, quality and output in a cost-effective way by optimally utilizing all resources.
You determine the right KPI’s, set ambitious targets and meet them.
You structure, lead and inspire your organization to continuously improve. You transcend the purely operational day-to-day activities and define a clear strategy.
By coaching your team you optimize process and material flow. You work closely together with several internal stakeholders.

You are a natural people manager and are able to coach an organization in the best possible structure.
You are a proactive passionate team player who motivates his team and other departments to work on common targets and strive for the best.
You are analytical and think critically while processing complex interrelated information.
You are a cost-driven person who understands the financial build-up of the manufacturing process.
You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and spend time on the shop floor.
