Role Description
We are looking for a marketing strategist with broad experience in digital marketing but a particular focus on organic/paid social media and a strong interest in digital trends to join our Marketing team.
Home-based, you will be reporting to our International Head of Marketing and working closely with our UK-based Digital Manager, Content Strategist and Senior Creative and Communications Manager as well as our Marketing teams in Germany, the US, India and Latin America.
During your contract, you will play a key role in driving sign-ups to our pledge by maximizing the impact of our social media advertising across all suitable platforms as well as identifying new digital advertising opportunities with significant potential to drive sign-ups at a competitive cost.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate our digital marketing strategies and performance, coming up with new and innovative strategies and implementation approaches to increase the impact of our work with a particular focus on optimizing the ROI for our advertising spend
- Set up and monitor the performance of social media ads across multiple countries and adapt as necessary to ensure the best ROI at all times
- Stay informed of the latest developments in the field, exploring best practices across the digital landscape while keeping an eye on competitor marketing activity and suggesting ideas for future campaigns
- Identify new paid-for online marketing opportunities and cross-platform marketing campaigns to drive sign-ups to our pledge at a competitive rate

Person Specification:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Expertise in planning and executing successful digital campaigns across a number of different channels including, but not limited to Paid/Organic Social Media and Paid/Organic Search
- Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively with excellent project management skills
- A creative and innovative approach to digital marketing
- In-depth understanding of analytical and database tools including Google Analytics
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- Heightened attention to detail
- An eye for design with experience using Canva or other design software would be an advantage
